As a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over a decade of experience, I am deeply committed to understanding and effectively communicating my clients' challenges. In my work, I use a collaborative and relational approach to help clients find meaning and purpose in their lives.

I am studying for a Doctorate in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling, with a focus on Africana existentialism. In addition to my expertise in this area, I am also well-versed in other major therapeutic models such as psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT.

With my diverse background and training, I am confident in my ability to work with clients of all nationalities and help them navigate their unique challenges. While I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, I am committed to supporting my clients in their journey towards personal growth and self-improvement. xx
