I have been an experienced therapist for over 10 years. I help people understand their unconscious, so they can be self-aware and make positive changes to be the person they want to be.

I provide a non-judgmental, confidential and safe space, working at a pace which is comfortable for the person. I specialise in Psychodynamic counselling, use a holistic and intercultural approach. I am bilingual in Punjabi, Hindi & Urdu and provide counselling in these languages.
